Alertus is provided by the Office of Emergency Management (OEM).  The client should be installed on all campus computers, Mac and PC.

Download the appropriate file for your device.  Double click on it for installation.  Follow the instructions on the screen. 

Once the client has been installed and is running, the Alertus icon will remain in your service tray for the PC and in the menu bar for the Mac. The client will automatically start after a reboot.
